Handling a team of 1874 within RCM Healthcare Domain. Responsible for overseeing a specific area of the organization, such as operations, technology, or clinical strategy. Worked with senior delivery leaders and launched and driven six sigma quality projects across Coding Set up and manage transactional quality frameworks in a clinical context including quality assessment checklists (for quality assurance leaders), identify CTQ quality metrics, create periodic quality reports Work with delivery and training functions to create feedback loops from quality assessment to training and operations management Familiarity with clinical documentation coding Accountability with best ability exhibited to work with teams across 7 center\'s within India. Demonstrating ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business unit goals Strong expertise playing within ICD-9, ICD -10, and HCC coding Ability to provide supervision on quality reviews to the delivery team.
