With 13 years of experience in Clinical Data Management, I specialize in project management, driving innovation and delivering excellence across drug development and clinical research. As a Principal Clinical Data Scientist at Novartis, I lead complex projects, oversees and manages the team activities & performance to meet the project deliverable.
