Prioritised tasks in a fast-paced working environment to meet client deliverables and demands within CDMO. Developed an advanced Excel-based calculation sheet for material retrieval and implemented continuous improvements to manufacturing instructions to increase operational efficiency. Independently organised and delivered over 50+ small-scale runs of dbDNA utilising wet-lab skills (Ideally, 1 run takes about 4 days – involves upstream & downstream processing, i.e, synthesis and purification). Verified and maintained laboratory equipment (NanoDrop, airflow systems, pipettes), ensuring operational accuracy is in line with GMP standards. Raised, implemented, and closed CAPAs and Deviations within eQMS while adhering to set timelines, strengthening regulatory compliance. Developed a good understanding of GMP principles and manufacturing processes. Mentored fellow team members, received and provided feedback to meet their training requirements. Involved in revising controlled documentation, including logbooks and Certificate of Testing templates. Led interdepartmental meetings along with the production manager to address gaps and streamline methods. Identified improvements in pipette training, demonstrated them to the GMP trainer, and had the methods incorporated into official training.
