ABOUT KRISHNA PATEL
A strategic, results-oriented leader with high level of professional agility, and 15+ years experience in financial services in a variety of roles within Markets, Client Operations / Servicing, and Risk Management. I have been part of State Street\'s transformation journey to create the Workplace of the Future from the beginning. In my current role, I am responsible for designing and executing our vision and strategy, leveraging a pilot-driven, data-informed approach that re-thinks how / where we work and promotes new ways of working. I have spoken at industry conferences on topics like hybrid work and the future of work with a lens on how we to drive equity, inclusion, and visibility in this new post-pandemic environment. I am passionate about the arts and my local community. I founded the Arts & Culture Employee Resource Group at State Street and spent four years as Trustee and Treasurer on the Board of Directors for The Big House, an East London based charity.
