Working onsite at State Street I am accountable for managing the full life cycle of the end-to-end hiring process for all openings across EMEA for all skill sets. My main responsibilities as a Programme Specialist were to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders (up to C- Level) and suppliers, as well as act as the client\'s Talent Advisor to ensure quality talent was acquired, in a timely manner. My role also consists of managing supplier optimisation, as well as conducting reviews on performance quarterly.
