Project: Integrated Skarns is a series of high-grade copper, gold, and silver skarn deposits that lie beneath the RT Kennecott open pit. The program guides a larger scope for developing the portfolio of skarn deposits with staged investment and evaluation. The current stage includes the execution of North Rim Skarns and Lower Commercial Skarns projects, while other skarns are progressing at different stages of study- Lead team of Project Control, Procurement & Contracts, and Knowledge Management teams in developing and implementing project services systems- Enhance project teams’ capabilities by utilizing current project management systems and establish consistency in setting up, monitoring, controlling, reporting, troubleshooting, and interfacing with other Rio Tinto and EPCM systems- Project Controls and Procurement governance and quality assurance across all the underground projects at Kennecott- Manage and develop the performance of the team in line with company values, and support deliver the goals and objectives.
