   2015 - till date : Lead the team that designed and delivered NAS (NFS V3, V4 and CIFS) support in SnapMirror Synchronous replication. Responsible for reducing the latency by upto 40times for metadata intensive workload replication with SnapMirror Synchronous.Lead the team that designed and delivered NDO support to SnapMirror Business Continuity. By support, I mean ability to maintain zRPO and zRTO in the event of NDO events(Node failover to HA partner, etc), rolling disasters.20••••15: Led the team owning the Data Ontap logical tape backup engine. Took the project through 3 major releases significantly improving the stability and the performance of the product. The backup performance was improved 8 times. The recovery performance improvement was between 2 times to 166 times (for certain data sets).20••••10: Co-authored NDMP extension for IPv6 support and was instrumental in securing industry consensus on the same. Was a key member in re-architecture of Ontap NDMP server, 20••••07: A key developer in Open System SnapVault (OSSV).
