Tracking of all incident TT’s from P1 to P5 incidents and ensure proper CAT Code closure with RCA.• Improve Network Quality with 99.9% RNA and MTTR-110 mins.• Troubleshooting of faults with L2 Support within INM.• Maintaining the restoration of P1-P5 assigned incidents tickets within SLA.• Escalation of unresolved incident’s tickets to next level with TAC/OEM support till closure.• Providing and managing 24*7 support (Desk operation in Shift) to circle field team MUM/ and KOL for issue resolution.• Daily health checks of all RAN nodes and validate all automated reports and take action in case of any issue.• Notification and Escalation of all incidents to all concerned Stake Holders as per INM process.• Preparation and Publishing of Daily/Weekly and Monthly Highlights/Lowlights and operational• Audit and AT signoff of all Network elements (BSC/RNC/enodeB/Megaplexers/Megamom.) w.r.t. Configuration parameters followed by corrective action through Planned event• Provide classroom training to the Operations team of the platform features/Process.• Manage the migration of the operations on to the new automation platform. Highlights:• Excellence Award for the BEST transition of Mumbai Network from Ericsson MS to In-house IDEA Cellular Ltd.• ROCKSTAR performer for RNA and MTTR improvement drive for MUMBAI Circle. Also completed all NTP (Network Time Protocol) IP audit across MUMBAI Nodes.
