About Krishna Mogulluri
An enthusiastic learner, explorer, and passionate professional in Enterprise Learning - Design. I have proven expertise in the delivery of training in the HCM domain, leading small teams, instructional design. To quench my thirst for designing learning by applying instructional design principles, I studied Instructional Design and was selected for an internal job position for an instructional designer role. It turned out to be a pivotal shift in my thought process, process maturity, and career outlook. I picked up Instructional Design skills and developed learning solutions with ease. I am now mentoring new Instructional Designers and proposing and leading initiatives. To understand theoretical perspectives on group dynamics and how an organization works as a living entity, I studied M.Sc. in Organizational Psychology. I love building communities and facilitating group discussions, mentoring others, and being mentored. I love questioning Status Quo, proposing solutions, discussing ideas. My learning during the COVID-19 caused WFH, got me studying varied domain areas such as Data Analysis (using Python), Agile Scrum methodologies, Digital Transformation of Business, UX, Learning Experience Design Initiative, Certified Learning and Development Professional, My motto is to deliver more value to my organization beyond what is expected at my role level. And I want to achieve this by cultivating a mindset, skillset, and behaviors that draw from intersecting areas between my core domain and adjacent domains.
