Manage a 15+member cross functional team with different skills like business analysts, Test analyst, Metadata management, Data Quality. Work with counterparts across shores and partners in delivering consistent and accurate views of business-critical reference data information to meet our business needs. • Build and maintain Master and Reference data services(webservices) on the Data Lake to enable wider organization usage Master and Reference data. • Working with Agile teams both Scrum and Kanban board (for the Operations team)• Maintain high standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across all platforms. Collaborate closely with data owners to proactively identify and rectify data quality issues. Work in conjunction with MDM team members to guarantee the effective management of all master data. Leading a team of Metadata Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, data stewards to align master data with business objectives and support key data initiatives.• Spearheading cross-functional teams to define, store, enrich, manage, and disseminate master data across the enterprise, ensuring enhanced quality and consistency of information to govern and manage data effectively, leading to better decision-making, cost reduction, and increased operational efficiency.• Acting as the core hub that integrates people, processes, and systems to sustain master data integrity, enabling data assets used globally.• Developing and executing sustainable data management strategies, with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and consistency of master data within the platform and device product domains.• Data ownership implementation by ensuring data is owned for protection, description, access, and quality by accountable and empowered agents within the organization.• Define and Manage Data entitlements and access and implementation of Data lineage.
