My role encompasses a blend of teaching, administrative leadership, and collaborative efforts with faculty and industry partners.Key responsibilities and contributions include as under -Teaching & Mentorship - Leading courses in User Experience Design, fostering critical thinking, and guiding students in creating innovative design solutions.Academic Leadership - Serving as the NAAC Coordinator and School of Design SPOC, Exam Coordinator, NAAC Coordinator, Board of Studies Coordinator, ensuring seamless documentation and alignment with accreditation standards.Examination Coordination - Managing exam processes, maintaining transparency, and ensuring smooth evaluation of student assessments.Training & Orientation - Conducting orientation programs and workshops for new design faculty members to integrate them into academic processes and team management.Design Team Management - Leading a design team for collaborative projects, overseeing workflow, and guiding students in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.Industry Collaboration - Collaborating with the Training and Placement team to enhance students’ industry readiness through workshops, internships, and real-world project exposure.Event Organization - Organizing design exhibitions, workshops, and educational trips, enriching student learning experiences and fostering academic-industry synergy.Through these roles, I aim to contribute to the holistic development of students and faculty, ensuring a dynamic and innovative design education environment.
