About Krishna Kumar Sinha
I have completed my M. Tech. degree in Energy Management, Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and Post Graduate Certificate in “Industrial Pollution Prevention & Control” and also became “Certified Energy Auditor” from Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Government of India. With the above academic background in the field of Environment & Energy, I have served for 14 years (1993~2007) in the National Productivity Council, under Ministry of Industry & Commerce and resigned at the post of Deputy Director to diversify my knowledge in the Private Sector and joined Ramky Enviro Engineers Limited (REEL) in 2007 as “General Manager”. Presently I am Head-Consultancy (Northern India) at SMS Envocare Ltd, New Delhi for Planning, Coordination & Execution of Consultancy assignments including Administrative & Financial aspects. I have acquired knowledge for prevention & control of Pollution and Energy Conservation by conducting National as well as International Projects in most of the Industrial sectors eg. Edible Oil, Pulp & Paper, Textile, Tannery, Cement, Pulse, Wheat, Rice, Thermal Power, Aluminum, Fertilizer, Automobile, Chemical, Sugar, Dairy, etc. In fulfilling the requirement of various Central & State Governments policies. I was instrumental in developing Disaster Management Plan for 18 districts of Chhattisgarh state as per the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Guidelines. Being a Certified Energy Auditor, I have undertaken Energy auditing works for the various Government Buildings, Hospital, Street Lighting, Water Supply Pumping for Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA), State Designated Agencies (SDAs), Thermal Power Plant etc. to meet the objectives of Energy Conservation Act 2001.
