   Siemens Real Estate - GAVATAR (Global Automate Virtualize Analyze Transform Augment Reality)- Occupancy Forecasting & AI Query Assistant:Worked on developing a robust time series forecasting system to predict occupancy patterns across floor, building, location, and country levels. The models captured daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly seasonality and trends, enabling accurate forecasting of space utilization. Utilized LSTM and Facebook Prophet models to provide insights for energy optimization and space planning.Additionally, contributing to build an LLM-based chatbot integrated with a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system. This assistant enables users to interactively query occupancy-related data, offering natural language insights and analytics over large datasets. The system significantly improves accessibility and understanding of complex occupancy trends through intuitive user interaction- Time Series Forecasting & Analytics: Built LSTM-based models to forecast peak load, energy use, and support demand shifting across HVAC, microgrids, and other assets. Captured seasonal and long-term trends to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Achieved 92%+ accuracy, enabling smarter energy planning and system reliability- Anomaly Detection for Assets:Developed a dynamic anomaly detection system using Autoencoders to identify irregular patterns across various asset parameters. Implemented adaptive thresholding for each parameter, allowing the system to adjust to normal behavior shifts over time. Also built combined anomaly models by analyzing multi-parameter reconstructions to detect system-level deviations.Integrated the solution into a Streamlit application, enabling users to upload Excel files and visualize anomalies through interactive plots and reconstruction error graphs, streamlining analysis for both individual and correlated asset behaviors.
