As Manager of the Test Systems Engineering team, I lead a group of engineers focused on supporting the development and deployment of test systems that enable product validation, characterization, and quality assurance. Our role is to work closely with R&D and other engineering teams to ensure that test solutions are aligned with product requirements and are scalable, maintainable, and reliable across the product lifecycle.In this role, I focus on both team development and cross-functional collaboration. I’m responsible for setting direction, aligning priorities with business needs, and fostering a supportive environment that encourages technical growth and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities and contributions:• Coordinate efforts across disciplines to support timely and effective test system development• Help define team workflows, standards, and practices to improve consistency and traceability• Support engineers in tackling complex technical challenges through coaching and collaboration• Promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional alignment with software, hardware, and production teams• Encourage a team culture built on ownership, openness, and long-term thinkingMy aim is to ensure that our test systems not only meet current needs but are also adaptable to future challenges.
