As a Payroll Product owner for Tesco, I have played a key role in successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solution for 240K+ colleagues as of October 2021. Proven track record in delivering the Payroll design by achieving 99.99% pay accuracy in Payroll Comparison Testing. My role has further expanded in completing the requirements for selecting new Payroll solution for complex business areas such as Distribution & Isle of Man. The new responsibility will further push my capabilities in areas such as scoring & selecting solution which is future fit for Tesco. Also, I support in rolling out the Oracle HCM cloud solution to countries like India, adding addition legal entities within UK.I work with dream team of Product Owners in areas like Core HR, T&A, Benefits for successful delivery.
