Project 2 - Network BuildingProject value - 80 Million GBP Client - Derwent London Location - Tottenham court, London I am currently working with the Derwent/Kier collaboration on a project involving the construction of commercial office and retail spaces. Initially, I oversaw the completion of the steel frame and later transitioned into managing the internal fit-out. My role involves overseeing the CAT A office floor construction from the start, which includes coordinating with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams, dryliners, and other internal fit-out trades to ensure smooth project progression and timely completion.Project 1 - Tide Bank Side Project Value - 80 Million GBP Client- LBS Properties Location - Park street, London It comprises 148,500 square feet of Grade A workspace located in the heart of London’s South Bank district. RC Frame and Internal Fit-Out – Project to Practical Completion (PC)I worked on the RC frame and transitioned to managing the internal fit-out as the project progressed, achieving practical completion (PC). My responsibilities included:Reviewing design documentation and coordinating with MEP teams to address design issues.Overseeing coordination between pre-production teams and subcontractors, and reviewing construction pack documentation.Leading daily meetings with subcontractor project managers and supervisors to track progress.Participating in weekly programme meetings, providing input on schedule and project updates.Managing issue resolution by reviewing and raising CCIS items, including NCRs, FCRs, RFIs, and field solutions.
