I am a seasoned development professional with over a decade of experience in the social sector. Throughout my career, I have been committed to empowering marginalized communities, particularly in the areas of livelihoods, education, and environmental conservation.Currently, I am serving as a Program Manager at Action for Social Advancement (ASA), where I am leading multiple projects to promote regenerative agricultural practices, support farmer producer organizations, and establish organic cotton supply chains. Prior to ASA, I worked with Educate Girls as a District Manager, overseeing the implementation of education programs across 780 villages in Jhabua district of Madhya Pradesh.Before this, I held key positions at Adani Foundation, Reliance Foundation, and Foundation for Ecological Security (FES), where I was responsible for developing and implementing livelihoods development programs, promoting soil and water conservation, and establishing producer companies.My academic background includes a Master\'s degree in Social Work from Indore School of Social Work and a Bachelor\'s degree in Sociology from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. I possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and innovative skills, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
