I am an Advocate based in South Bombay with a practice that spans commercial litigation, corporate advisory, and regulatory matters. I regularly appear before the Bombay High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and various other judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including arbitral tribunals, and consumer forums. My core focus is on representing corporate clients across industries in matters involving commercial disputes, insolvency proceedings, contractual issues, shareholder litigation, and regulatory compliance. With a client-centric and pragmatic approach, I aim to deliver strategic legal solutions that align with business objectives and mitigate risk. I also assist in legal drafting, negotiations, and corporate due diligence.In addition to my commercial work, I am actively involved in matters relating to social justice, human rights, and child rights. I firmly believe in using the legal profession as a platform to promote equity, dignity, and access to justice. I take up pro bono and public interest matters concerning child protection, gender justice, marginalized communities, and fundamental rights violations. This dual engagement allows me to balance commercial legal practice with meaningful social impact, staying committed to both professional excellence and public service.
