Manage communication to the business on all service issues, concerns as well as applicable performance reporting. Gatekeeper for all changes to IT Infrastructure and Application systems impacting services at the Shell Energy site locations, i.e. provides sign-off on relevant changes and releases as well as transition to support stage gates. Work with all other IT delivery teams to ensure these processes operate smoothly and also with business to understand the site IT Portfolio demand and plan. Accountable to sponsor and steer business and portfolio specific operate projects as well as the delivery of the underlying infrastructure. Ensure information risk management (IRM) compliance for all services in the portfolio, with emphasis on business-critical services.
