At 17, while studying Business and Management in college, I secured my first full-time job at Chopstix, where I was promoted to Shift Manager within two months. I took on responsibilities such as managing rotas, food ordering, and leading the team.After nine months, I joined Wendy’s as a Shift Manager, where I continue to develop my leadership and operational skills in a larger corporate environment. My role includes staff management, scheduling, stock control, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Alongside my job, I interned with Empathy Action, a charity organization, where I led various marketing campaigns to drive engagement and awareness.Currently, I’m pursuing a university degree while balancing my responsibilities at Wendy’s. I’m passionate about leadership, operations, and business management, always looking for opportunities to grow and make an impact.
