I am responsible for product features and integrations related to ePac’s global ERP system with 8 unique global instances, as well as continuous building of our e-commerce platform. This includes feature ideation, grooming, backlog management, testing, and feature release. I work closely with our developers and set clear acceptance criteria, as well as setting weekly development targets. I am also responsible for maintaining key portions of our product roadmap and determining which features provide impact to the organization. I work cross-functionally across the company including Finance, Operations, Marketing, and R&D. This entails receiving user feedback, requirements gathering, and using technology for solution architecting. I work with vendors for development projects and sign-off for release. I manage two direct reports and help guide system configuration, testing, and product support. As a manager, I foster a collaborative environment to develop key skills related to requirements gathering and problem solving. Key Features Shipped: e-commerce Platform: Key contributor for design of workflow and UI for customer online ordering, payment, and file upload. Owner of integration of order creation in the ERP system. This integration saves users 160 hours each month. Stripe Payment Integration: Key contributor for workflow design, integrating with Salesforce CRM, and QA testing. Owner of integration of payment creation in our ERP system, approximately 600 monthly transactions. This feature saves users 20 hours each month. Redesign of Manufacturing UI: Owner of redesigning UI for machine operators to find production jobs as well as log materials and time spent for production and downtime. This redesign was focused on improving user flow and data capture, while maintaining the same backend for data.
