Most companies bolt security on after the fact. I build it in from the start.As a product security leader specializing in identity, data security, and AI governance, I focus on one thing: making sure security is a design constraint — not an afterthought. That means embedding IAM, IGA, PAM, and non-human identity governance directly into product architecture, and reframing data protection as prevention at the source rather than detection after the breach.At Zscaler, I lead the modernization of identity programs and data security strategy across cloud and AI-driven platforms, with a focus on responsible AI adoption and privacy-by-design. At Nile, as VP of Product & Information Security, I helped secure $300M in funding by building a security program that scaled 10x alongside the business — and earned the trust of enterprise customers in the process.What I\'m thinking about most right now is agentic AI. As AI agents begin operating autonomously across SaaS systems, the identity and authorization models we\'ve built for humans are breaking down. I\'ve been writing and speaking on this — from the gaps in OAuth bearer tokens for multi-agent workflows, to the emerging IETF standards for agent identity and delegation.
