I love technology, and my expertise has been in the wireless world for over 20 years. I have been a part of the changing landscape from the first generation of wireless to 5G. I have worked in retail sales, retail management - and made the transition to a corporate environment in 2010. I am fully proficient with each major wireless carrier within the United States. I have been an instructional designer, team lead, and manager of both content and operations, and everything in-between. I have some experience with Articulate, Captivate and Vyond, as well as being proficient in the Office suite. I have managed LMS systems, including those provided by both Litmos, and Cornerstone, and most recently have operationally managed an L&D Org structure. This includes contract negotiations, budgeting, mystery shop programs, and various logistics-heavy projects and programs that shaped and developed teams. I am seeking an opportunity in a world where my expertise would further enhance a growing organization and would love to add my versatile skill set to a winning team!
