Before this, I ran our Digital Workplace business, which taught me that technology adoption is 20% tech and 80% culture change. I also wrote Masala Lab, a book that treats the Indian kitchen as a chemistry lab (Penguin, Amazon bestseller). It started as a blog, became a book, and somehow turned into a 1.5M-follower conversation about why food works the way it does.The common thread: I like making complex things usable and I\'m a creative generalist - I focus on learning to learn and taking a shot at any challenge in any discipline.
