At Bureau Veritas, I helped both client service and lab support. My main job is preparing bottle orders for clients and making sure they’re labeled and packed properly. I handle incoming and outgoing sample shipments and keep records organized. I also help around the lab by organizing materials, logging in samples, and doing basic cleaning tasks to keep the space safe. I often deliver supplies or drop off shipments at the airport or with couriers. I work closely with the team and communicate clearly with clients, especially when there are urgent situations or problems to solve.
