ABOUT KRISHAN MISTRY

Professionally, I’m someone who builds things with purpose — not just products or companies, but real value for people and organisations. I’m the Founder and CEO of AVM Solutions, where I’ve spent the last decade-plus shaping how technology supports human collaboration, communication and experience. At AVM, we work with teams to design, integrate and support audio-visual and smart building systems that actually work for the people using them, not just impress on spec.My career has been defined by a few simple principles: understand the core problem before chasing the tech, put relationships ahead of transactions, and make decisions that hold up over the long haul. I’ve led projects across sectors — from corporate workspace and education to public sector and retail environments — always with a focus on clarity, reliability and user experience.Along the way, I’ve also founded and directed several businesses, including DigiSpace, and work across ventures that span property, tech and innovation. I enjoy the challenge of connecting strategy with execution, coaching teams, and figuring out how to move from “that’s how we’ve always done it” to “now that works”.I celebrate curiosity, I value honest communication, and I believe the best work happens when people feel understood, respected and trusted — whether it’s a colleague, a partner or a client.
