Responsible for working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements and to drive the design and build business maintainable PRPC technical solution. • Develop and deliver both BAU and medium size projects changes that meets the defined functional and non-functional requirements within committed timescales and budget using Pega 7.1.x• Work involves creating Low-level technical design, Rule configuration and development which use creating multiple Case types, Process Flows, Sections, Properties, Data pages, Activity, Data Transform, Integration Services, configuration of DSS, Advance & Standard Agents, Product Builder and BIX rules.• Involved in Integration with various internal systems like SAP Payment systems, ESB Pricing Services, Reference Databases, Fulfilment and Payment Gateway.• Contribute with ideas to Pega CoE team Development/Design process, establishing standards and coding check list guidelines, Documenting tasks in Confluence/Jira. • Work and resolve Pega defects and incidents in production and defects raised during system testing, smoke testing with any regression issues with the help of Pega tools like Tracer, PAL, Profiler, SMA.• Involve in ad hoc tasks such as developing Live Data Fix utilities, creating Sales summery and detail reports, managing and versioning RuleSets, Rule validation, Product file creation and packaging for deployment.• Familiar with Pega V8 Solution by obtaining enablement badges.
