At the University of Colombo, I have taught undergraduate courses in Rhetorical Theory, Communication Research Methods, Contemporary Issues in Communication, and Digital Media. Alongside my teaching responsibilities, I served as a Student Counselor in the Faculty of Arts, providing academic and personal support to students. In 2023, I also co-chaired the Annual Research Symposium of the Faculty of Arts, contributing to academic dialogue and research dissemination within the university.Currently, I am on study leave from the University of Colombo while pursuing a PhD in Communication Studies at the University of Kansas, where I am deepening my research in rhetoric, political discourse, and strategic communication.
