We work on projects such as pre steel engineered building, skylight, glazing, façade, kalzip sheet roofing, steel structure fabrication & erection, and tensile membrane related projects.Key Qualifications (relevant to the project) • Executing the projects as per Drawings and BOQ.• Coordination with clients and contractors in order to achieve smooth work and hence giving support to superior in achieving the target.• Managing the site in absence of superiors and hence solving the issues raised for continuation of work.• Finishing Inspection of structural steel structure as per the National and International Codes• Implementation of QAP, ITP work methods and formats etc, at site.• Preparing DPR, MPR and submitting the same for superior for review.• Conducting weekly and monthly meeting for improvement on safety, quality and progress at site among contractors• Raise with project heads on matters related to safety and quality, highlighting critical issue to the upper management regarding quality.• Witnessing the critical tests such as welding and torque test of bolt tightening test at site.• Raising NCR.s and observations on abnormality of works.• Inspecting alignment and leveling of structure• Detail Project scheduling & follow up with the Project Teams.• Updating day to day report in DPR system and Bar Graph of Project against mass production at site.• Solving fabrication related issues.• Day to day project review.• Taking feedback of the site supervisor & fabrication supervisors.• Handling the man power & solve the site related issues.• Study engineering drawing, analyze,Review of structural and part drawings, modifying the drawing, design change as per site requirement.• Receiving the materials at site. And tally as per the bill of material.• Checking the specification and quantity of the materials received are as per requirement.• Coordinating with other fellow contractors and taking clearance required from them to maintain the work flow.• Coordinating with the associates / vendors for the timely completion of job on day to day basis as per key dates set in discussion with the Project managers.• Attending review meeting with client & reporting to the client.• Checking of measurement with client.Reporting to the General Manager.
