I\'ve been fortunate to be working at this unique workplace of diverse creative experiences, since the time of its inception. I design products & experiences, lead the product design vertical & participate in brand strategy projects.Sideways is a one of its kind creative problem-solving company based out of Mumbai. It is a collection of people with different skill sets such as designers, technologists, behavioural architects, design researchers, business managers, writers and many more.

ABOUT KRISHAN JAGOTA
Designer | Global Connector | Creating and Catalyzing \'Aha\' MomentsI am an engineer turned designer, passionate about creative problem-solving and nurturing artistic communities. After completing my postgraduate studies at NID and further honing my skills in Berlin and Munich, I now lead a talented team at Sideways in Mumbai.Throughout my career, I\'ve worked across the design spectrum, collaborating with clients like Disney, Borosil, Marico, and Flipkart to name a few. My projects range from reimagining a traditional dice to designing a prestigious award trophy, always aiming to create and catalyze those \'aha\' moments that inspire and leave a lasting impact.Latest endeavours include co-creating a musical theatre in Liverpool at LJMU and hosting a screening of \'Laapataa Ladies\' in UK along with QnA with Kiran Rao.As a visiting faculty and speaker at design festivals worldwide, including performing magic at events like Pune Design Festival and DesignUp, I am dedicated to fostering the design community. Recently, I co-created a musical theatre in Liverpool at LJMU and hosted a screening of \'Laapataa Ladies\' there with Kiran Rao. I also lead the Association of Designers of India, Mumbai chapter, in building the city\'s own design festival, MDX.Through my project \"Fluid,\" I champion the arts by building a community of artists, creating a platform for them to grow and thrive. My journey as a designer is one of adventure, connection, and creative exploration.
