As a UX design leader with nearly a decade of experience, I’ve partnered with India’s leading banks, financial institutions, and fintechs, as well as worked across e-commerce, edtech, healthcare, media, and legal-tech. My journey began as a developer, which gave me a strong technical foundation, but my deeper interest in human behavior and product impact led me into UX and product strategy.Over the years, I’ve led the design of India’s early digital trading and wealth platforms, and driven large-scale digital transformation programs that unlocked measurable growth in adoption, engagement, and revenue.
