About Krisha Gala
I am a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting them through a range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns. In this process, I’ve also designed psychological toolkits to make mental health support more structured and accessible. Alongside, I am currently working as a Research Assistant and hold a strong interest in research and evidence-informed practice. I am especially drawn to bridging therapeutic application with psychological inquiry to contribute to meaningful insights in the field. Fascinated by the interplay between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, I am committed to lifelong learning and continuously integrating new therapeutic approaches into my work. My vision is to contribute meaningfully to both individuals and communities by fostering emotional resilience, psychological awareness, and holistic growth.
