Driving the AMH Cloud Transformation Agenda for the Bank.Alliance Messaging Hub is a flagship product of SWIFT Payments Group currently being Implemented at Standard Chartered. The Project involves the migration of close to 47 Countries involving 2.5 Mn transactions a day covering various back office applications like Trade, Forex, Securities, Core Banking for Retail and Corporate Clients. As part of the Core team, I facilitate, the Project Implementation from evaluating the Technical Strategy, Configuration & Deployment across these markets.Some of the key responsibilities held as part of my role:1. Evaluating the Technical Strategy for AWS Cloud & On Prem in line with the SCB Cloud Governance Team, Internal Architects and the Product team from SWIFT.2. Build and manage a team of Scrum Masters, Developers, Test Managers and DevOps & Automation experts. Plan and Handle Release Management and Deployment of Packages during Production Go Live4. Stakeholder Communication & Business Engagement Post Go live In addition, I have been involved in creating the SWIFT CSP Cloud attestation road map for AWS Cloud in partnership with the Internal Cyber Security Teams, External Consultants and the SWIFT Customer Engagement Team.
