Leading the global marketing strategy for the label ROW ex NA, for our priority artists, whilst overseeing the marketing team in the UK. Working closely with the music team to develop the UK roster, and with the legal & business teams across deals and setting budgets across the label. Worked closely on developing and establishing the following artists - Ayra Starr & Saint Harison. Achievements include- Landing the first ever charting records for the label- Landing the first ever certifications for the label (silver, gold, platinum & diamond)- Breaking local territory acts in to other markets and expanding audiences- Leading the campaign ROW ex NA, to land the first ever GRAMMY Award nomination for the label, which marked the youngest Nigerian artist ever nominated for a GRAMMY(Ayra Starr)- Landing a Top 5 single in the France Official Singles chart, which stayed in the charts for over a year (SNEP) and is a first for the label - Landing a Top 40 UK single, which stayed within this position for over 6 months, peaking at #24 (OCC) and is a first for the label -#1 record in the Shazam charts across multiple territories and is a first for the label -#1 single on the Official UK Afrobeats chart, marking the 2nd female ever in history to land this milestone (Ayra Starr) and is a first for the label - Top 20 YouTube Music Video in the UK, which lasted on the chart for over a year from release, and is a first for the label - Leading the campaign ROW ex NA for the first record to hit over 1 billion streams on the label
