Provide comprehensive IT support across multiple office locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for all employees- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac devices for new hires, including M365 accounts, hardware setup, and VoIP systems- Act as SharePoint Administrator – manage site structures, permissions, document libraries, and user access across departments- Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive), including license management and user support- Manage Windows Server environments (2019/2022), Active Directory (user/group creation, GPOs), and system authentication- Support core networking infrastructure: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls, switches, and access points- Maintain and monitor NAS storage solutions and perform regular data backup and recovery tasks- Use PowerShell and Power Automate for account tasks, basic automation, and workflow improvements- Oversee patch management, software installations, endpoint security, and system updates across all locations- Coordinate with vendors and teams for hardware procurement, software troubleshooting, and service delivery improvements- Provide onboarding and training for new employees, ensuring proper tech access and compliance from day one.
