As Cadet Warrant Officer, I take on a top-level leadership role within the squadron, overseeing NCO development, logistics, and recruitment. I’m responsible for shaping the direction of our NCO team—mentoring both Junior and Senior NCOs to ensure they grow into strong, reliable leaders. I lead both the JNCO and SNCO development processes, designing and running selection activities, exams, and feedback sessions that focus on individual growth and squadron standards.I\'m also in charge of the entire squadron inventory. This includes managing training equipment across the garage and outdoor containers, maintaining uniform supplies in stores, and keeping the canteen fully stocked and organised. I’ve introduced systems to streamline management and improve efficiency across these areas.Beyond internal operations, I take an active role in recruitment. I help develop ideas to maintain a steady intake of new cadets and ensure that our recruitment strategy reflects the values and opportunities our squadron offers.
