I lead a team integral to the development and execution of the Company’s environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) priorities to enable our corporate strategy and create positive environmental and social impact. Key Accountabilities: • Overseeing the alignment and integration of existing and new ESG initiatives into a comprehensive program and advocating the case for change to support Keyera’s pursuit of ESG leadership • Facilitating corporate sustainability initiatives to manage material ESG priorities, including emissions, water, community & indigenous relations, safety, people and culture, and land. • Collaborating broadly within the business including operations, business development, finance and corporate development to identify and develop sustainability opportunities. • Working closely with Investor Relations and External Relations to provide decision-useful and credible disclosure of ESG priorities and performance to meet shareholders’, stakeholders’ and rightsholders’ expectations • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, ESG rating agencies, ESG analysts, government, industry, and other peers, to identify best practices identify challenges and opportunities, and ensure input into programs, policies, and legislation • Providing strategic guidance, analyses and materials for the Executive Team and Board of Directors in respect of ESG priorities
