Credit and resource-challenged situations do not scare me.In my role, I attract and identify, develop and maintain a quality network of business and personal relationships that serve as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. Additionally, I examine and analyze application and supporting documentation, applicant\'s financial status, credit, and property evaluations to calculate repayment risk of borrowers and determine feasibility of successful loan completion. I also consult on a variety of loan products and terms, making recommendations in each borrower\'s scenario as to solutions that would best suit their customized personal needs.I am also the Business Development lead to develop our organization\'s efforts, facilitatating lending programs to help others attain the dream of home ownership.
