About Kristine Duran

With nearly fifteen years of experience as a UX designer, marketing, and digital product manager, I am passionate about creating powerful digital products that serve the needs of users and clients. I have worked with various industries and brands, such as SaaS, finance, human resources, and digital publishing. I apply design thinking and user-centered design principles to every platform and product I work on.I am launching the UX discipline in a new internal portfolio at Edward Jones, a leading financial services firm, via TEK Systems, a global IT staffing and services company. My current project is building an internal HR and IT self-service system for the Edward Jones associates. My previous product work here was to design an internal financial planning software that helps Edward Jones\' financial advisors conduct and run annual client reviews. I also work within the UX department to transition from Waterfall project work to Agile development and design, and from Sketch and InVision to Figma. Additionally, I construct an effective design system and language that aligns with the client\'s needs and vision.
