With over 20 years of experience in the field of user research and UX design, I currently lead a team of researchers and designers at Google who help customers answer the question,\"Am I secure?\" We work on various Cloud products and services, such as Identity and Access Management, Security Command Center, Chronicle, and Mandiant to create user-centric solutions that address the needs, goals, and challenges of diverse and global audiences. I am passionate about understanding the user\'s context of use, generating insights, and validating ideas with real customers. I am a certified contextual design coach, and I apply this methodology to every project I work on. I am also skilled in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve business objectives, streamline processes, and implement solutions. My mission is to deliver world-class user experiences that enhance security, trust, and satisfaction for Google Cloud customers.
