With over a decade of experience directing large-scale research and evaluation portfolios, I bring deep expertise in mixed methods, quantitative and qualitative research, and strategy. But beyond the research, I’m passionate about people—especially the leaders carrying too much and looking for a sustainable way to lead.As an Executive Coach and Liberatory Leadership Educator, I work with changemakers to reconnect with their inner wisdom and build organizations rooted in trust, courage, and belonging.
