As a member of the Custom Logistics team, I was primarily responsible for creating and maintaining software relating to our integrations with major appliance manufacturers like GE and Samsung. Most of the work involved a combination of backend Jenkins and Kubernetes jobs and REST endpoints written in Python. I assumed a leadership role on the team, taking ownership of jobs migration and documentation work. When on-call, I shepherded many different critical tickets to resolution. Local testing was done using Docker. System monitoring was a combination of Datadog, Grafana, and other tools.
