ABOUT KRIS CATCH

Professional Experience: I have developed special techniques of communication, listening skills, relationship building, and team building skills at all levels. I have always been one of the top sales professionals on my team, and I use my energy and enthusiasm to reach my individual and team goals. I have helped grown relationships with some of Arizona\'s best and well know companies, I have grown revenue in my sales territories, and I have helped train coworkers so we can be a stronger sales team.After graduation from Arizona State University, I worked with individuals on probation and/or parole, managing a caseload of up to 220 clients. I was responsible for monitoring clients substance abuse treatment, counseling clients, working with DAs, Parole Officers, and Probation officers. I have assessed and referred clients to appropriate outpatient and inpatient treatment facilities to help increase their success rate in the community.After my experience as a Case Manager, I switched careers to Sales, helping my clients reach their goals through the products I was offering.
