I help people and organizations move forward at key decision points.I lead strategy and programs where clarity, alignment and execution matter. My work sits at the intersection of program development, organizational learning, workforce development and change enablement, supporting leaders and teams navigating growth, complexity and transition.Across healthcare, higher education, workforce development, business development and real estate, I’ve built and led initiatives that strengthen performance, improve communication, increase retention and translate vision into practical action. The environments have varied. The throughline has not: helping people make sound decisions, choose a direction, and move forward with confidence.I’m known for quickly seeing patterns, asking the questions that unlock clarity and turning “too much at once” into priorities, next steps and momentum. My style is steady, direct and action-oriented, grounded in systems thinking and strong relational awareness.I’m also the author of Wilderness Wisdom, a book on navigating seasons of transition and forward movement.
