About Kris Allen

Area Manager of the LA/Riverside First Bank Region. I create a culture of growth through education, empowerment and challenging team members to work towards their career development. I truly believe that our team members are our competitive advantage and what differentiates us from our competitors. With this philosophy I focus on education and leadership competency with all of my staff. I believe in not merely being in the community, but apart of the community. I am heavily involved locally, sitting on a multiple boards of directors and leveraging my experience in finance, business lending and small business growth. I also serve as expert panelist for several small business development programs throughout Los Angeles & Orange Counties. Some of the organizations that I partner with are Bixby Knolls Business Improvement Association, City of Long Beach Economic Development Department, Goldman Sachs Small Business, Innovative Incubator @ California State Dominguez Hills, 100 Black Men of America, The Guidance Center Ling Beach & consultant to the Long Beach African American Cultural Center. My 15 years of banking experience has shaped the leader that I am today. I look to continue to positively impact the bank in sound risk management, growth in deposits, lending, Wealth Management and team member engagement.
