I’ve spent 8+ years at Creative Realities turning messy, complex digital signage deployments into structured, repeatable operations — and I’ve grown from project manager to director along the way.Right now, I lead enterprise-scale CMS migrations and platform deployments for national QSR, retail, and entertainment brands — projects spanning thousands of endpoints across hundreds of locations. I build the documentation, cross-functional workflows, and operational playbooks that make these rollouts actually work at scale. Before that, I ran the installation program that converted 1,500+ sites and endpoints to our CMS in 120 days.My background is in creative — video production, motion graphics, brand design — which means I bring a rare combination: I understand the content AND the systems it runs on. I can design a menu board and then build the operational framework to deploy it to thousands of locations.I’m PMP-certified and currently exploring AI certification to keep pushing how teams like mine work smarter.
