ABOUT KRIS WRONSKI

With 20 years of experience across academia and the pharma/biotech industry, I bring a unique perspective that bridges science, innovation, and commercial strategy.My background includes cancer research in three academic groups, as well as hands-on experience in cell therapy development, GMP manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and QC strategy. Having spent 10 years working as a scientist on the customer side, I naturally approach innovation through the lens of real laboratory needs.In my current role at Haier Biomedical, I play a leadership role in new product development, innovation, and product improvement, helping translate complex scientific workflows into practical, high-impact solutions.Over the years, I have also contributed to closing multiple high-value business opportunities with leading research institutes, pharma, and biotech companies, often involving extensive product customisations and collaborative solution development.I thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with commercial, marketing, product management, and R&D teams to drive innovation that is truly customer-centric.I’m passionate about Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) and the future of Cell and Gene Therapies (CGTs), and I’m particularly motivated by technologies that enable scientists and clinicians to push the boundaries of modern medicine.Ultimately, my focus is on building innovative life-science technologies and partnerships that help researchers and biotech companies accelerate discovery and translate science into real-world impact.
