I’m an enterprise SaaS operator who sits at the intersection of strategy, revenue, and execution. As COO of a scaling SaaS business, I’ve led professional services and product organizations through a decade of growth, owning gross margin, expansion performance (NRR/GRR), and delivery outcomes across a complex customer portfolio.Beyond operations, I’ve consistently played a direct role in revenue — closing complex enterprise deals, leading customer expansions, and stepping in during periods without formal sales coverage to ensure growth aligned with delivery reality. My strength is translating strategic intent into executable plans that customers trust and teams can deliver.Earlier in my career, I built and ran IT and operational capabilities on the customer side, partnering with enterprise organizations including DSW, the National Cancer Institute, and the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency. I also helped enable the growth and successful sale of a marketplace retail technology business to DSW, gaining firsthand experience in scaling operations in support of an acquisition.
