Over the past 20 years, I have been a leader in Supply Chain achieving results via demonstrated expertise in Product/Project Management, Financial Management, Contracting, Operations leadership and Engineering. I began my career as an Acquisitions Officer in the United States Air Force, supporting several Acquisition Category I weapon systems. After my second deployment in 2005, I transitioned to a civilian Warehouse Operations management role for Gap, Inc. brands. As an Operations Manager, I have led, coordinated, and evaluated as many as 18 Supervisors and 420+ Full-time, Part-time and Seasonal Associates tasked to provide global distribution/logistics and maintain positive inventory control for Gap, Inc. brand products with an annual operating budget of $24.8M. In-role, I have created and managed “start-up” operational enhancements and periodic continuous improvement projects for underperforming systems based on thorough and comprehensive study and analysis. In April 2022, I joined the Product Management team within Gap, Inc. Supply Chain as Product Manager II - Distribution and Fulfillment, where I am currently assigned.
