As a 19 year employee of Boston Scientific, 7 years as a Region Manager, I take great pride in building and developing a dynamic, high performing team and individual sales professionals.My leadership philosophy starts with hiring and developing the right team of leaders. I focus on putting each team member in a position to be successful and allow them to develop their professional skills while reaching their personal and professional goals. I believe in honesty and open, clear communication. It is important for each team member to be fulfilled professionally and that they’re able to maintain proper balance in their life. These are important to me and my commitment as a team leader is to do my part to ensure my team achieves this in their lives.Lastly, I’m a believer in a strong team dynamic, accountable to each other, constant collaboration and communication, and having fun together doing what we do. These traits are what establishes a team’s culture and sets organizations and teams apart from one another.Why have I been at Boston Scientific for 19 years?
